Irvington Chef To Guest Chef In Manhattan

On Wednesday, March 11th, 2009,  Navjot Arora, chef and co-owner of Chutney Masala Indian Bistro in Irvington, NY, will be a guest chef of the James Beard Foundation. Chef Arora will prepare a multi-course tasting dinner with wine pairings.

The event will take place at the historic James Beard House , 167 W. 12th Street, in Greenwich Village, NYC, from 7 PM to 10 PM.

The theme of the dinner is is "Holi--Spring Festival of Color",in honor of the Hindu spring festival observed in India.

The event is open to the public and tickets cost $125 ($100 for JBF members).
